I did not start my formerly great running Ford 600 for a couple of months. When I tried it now, it won't start and I have fuel running out of the bottom "bowl" of the carb. I have shut off the fuel at the tank, drained the bowl, emptied the glass water trap, turned on the fuel shut-off, and the carb overflows again. There looks to be a screen in the bottom of this bowl, as well as a drain plug/bolt(?). Is the float stuck in the carb? How do I fix that? Any other suggestions on what may be wrong and how I fix it?
