I found a medallion from the Spanish American War walking through a field going to my grandparents house. My Grandfather took it to a museum and they told him it wasn't worth much. When I got it back I put it up so it wouldn't get lost. I can't for the life of me remember where I put it. My mother tells a story of a farm worker that plowed up a cash of house hold silver that undoubtedly was buried to hide from invading Northern soldiers. Ron
