I am in the middle of acquiring a 1955 Pacer. This is my first tractor also. Go to communities.msn.com/locorebob and see the photos of mine. It's in rough shape. It's been in the weather for 10 years without the cylinder head. I'm told the Pony and Pacer are same except the mototr. I think Pony has a larger motor. Anyway, I'm looking for manuals. I wrote a classified want add for manual and some guys told me to call the couple who have a (519) area code and that they have pony manuals. I'll let you know what I find. Let me know how it goes.
