The addition of either Acetone or Keytone 1/4 by volume to ATF will add to the ability of ATF to break free and penetrate.
By filling the block (water jacket) with Anti Freeze and the temp addition of a block heater will speed penetrating action.
Fixed a Fordson Major Diesel that had set with rain water down the exhaust this way. The engine had been overhauled, the guy that owned it died. Sat in a shed with a leak in the roof. It still is now running. couldnt save the injectors though. It came as a freebie though.
