The old Bock Simpson and Fisher Porter chart recorders were stocked with a weeks supply of chart paper. And flat ink packs for the chart pens which were approx the size and shape of a bloated polaroid picture. On occasion a spare ink pack would be stuffed under the insole of a work boot. Come shower time the victim would be seen sporting a red, green or blue foot. The stain would last for the better part of a month. We used to make ufo's that hovered over the station but that's another story.
