Wherever you can find one...I'd say it's going to be tough, for some reason wire tied balers aren't popular, so that's strike one, and I don't imagine many balers were engine powered, so I'd say it would make it a tough combo to find.
I grew up using a 214WS with a Wisconsin. Engine powered is nice because it doesn't matter what tractor you use, and it's easy to match speed to conditions, don't have to worry about the baler slowing down if you idle back in heavier hay.
