You need to reread what you don't understand. Nobody asked any questions, it appears to me that he' blaming OB for high unemployment. Bush's admin added McDs in to manufacturing jobs. Bush said "Gas prices are that high.". Rearranged the justice dept. Mafia Cheney goes back to the 80-90s when they decide to save the America people all that money by getting rid of all those overpaid, lazy Civilian workers and bring in contractors, they just failed to tell you the rest that contractors cost twice as much. What else lead to our present mess, noncompetitive bids for contracts, pallets of money sent to Iraq, banks, housing.... Reads to me like the blame game, not a question. See a lot of exclamation points but no question marks.
