The degreee of "potential liability" is GREATER if you charge people to use your land,,,,,,,,,,,,Its less if theres NO charge,,,,,,,,,Its even less and very very LIMITED if they are trespassers.
A land owner owes very little to NO duty to protect trespassers but an extreme high duty to business invitees i.e. if you are earning bucks (no pun intended) then you owe them a higher degree of protection, makes sense to me
