Ih model 2404 (or 404 in red) IH 383 or 483 (40hp farm utility)

I want to lern all I can about a 2404 in yellow (404 in red) IH model circa 1967. Also I am interested in information on IH models 383 or 483 models ( 40 hp red farm utility). These were just released as IH was folding in 1982. I suspect that they were japaneese built for IH but have been curious for years.
