hydraulic pump housing

I have a Belarus 6345W and the main housing for the hydraulic pump is not a strong enough metal to hold the bolts tight. It has 127 hrs. of normal use, and twice the O ring has blown because the aluminum housing will not hold the bolts. We have have tapped them out once and used larger bolts and it has happened again. I have an Allied Loader on the tractor. Any suggestions???
