Having no idea what a Jude Judy is and having no ideas why anyone would waste time watching a tv show like what I suspect that is, (probably a Peoples Court with Judge Waptner thing)I think different than most. For a Judge to deny any claim of sentimental value on anything in dispute in court, is the correct legal decision. Did she say the guns have no value at all ? It can be difficult to come up with a market value, how do you determine sentimental value ? What would you want, the Judge to grant you complete custody and ownership of all sentimental value ? I don't think many Judges would allow plantifs to waste much of the courts time bickering about sentimental value.
