We got a District Judge, Carol Egly, that acts just like Judge Judy. She let a gal who was a week from her 18th birthday be remanded to Juvenile Court AFTER she had a hit and run, then ran a red light one block away and killed a motorcyclist, then after yet another block, ran into a utility pole and was leaving the vehicle, running down the street when witnesses stopped and held her for the Police. She didn't have a license or insurance. An 8 year old boy is going to grow up without a Dad and his wife without a husband and his income. Yet that Judge said she didn't mean to do it!. Keeerist, how many laws do you need to break before a judge decides you DID mean it!
