Ron; Look carefully at the sprocket that drives the auger these can end up bent from contact rocks, blocking, firewood and the post at the end of the driveway. Watch that the sprocket runs true with the drive sprocket and the idler. Any chance the chain is worn ? Try a little cooking spray [pam, maizola, ect.] on the on the chute it keeps my Lucknow open during the ickeyist maritime storm. Good luck Roy
