It's apparently all over the country as their doing it here in south central Kentucky too. Mostly teenagers and young adult males 16-25 years old. They also love to get in the truck ( especially if it's a diesel ) and rev the motor up.I personally don't see any sense in it, nor do I see any sense in the big 22 " wheels either.
