We have several people that co-own land with us. That part works out fine. I own all the equipment and would never have a partner in it. It is bad enough when you have to have the bank as a partner. What would happen if one of you were to get divorced or die? My sister had land with some in-laws. When he lost his job a few years ago he forced her to buy him out or sell all the land.
