you dont owe the guy anything any claim like that would be with the delivery company not you, some people spend all their time trying to bully others into free stuff, i have it happen too, just last week some lady passed my kenworth at 90 mph on the right hand side of the truck, [ which is why i noticed that particular car] then 30 minutes later,she called the gravel plant and claims i broke her windshield when a rock fell off the truck,and she wanted a new one from me, only problem i told her was she wasnt smart enough to pick a loaded truck to pull that stunt on, i was on my way to work, and running empty lol
