The answer to your question about referring someone onto another person or site etc. should be pretty obvious. First, they don't know the answer to the question (as obviously you do by reading your answer). Second, they are simply trying to help someone else out. Remember that even medical doctors refer people elsewhere if someone else can be of more help. Maybe in the future you could just post your answers (which seem to be pretty good ones I must say) and not be too judgemental about others. Just my 2 cents worth ... don't want to stir up another big controversy about something so simple.
