I hope I can explain this in a way that makes sense. I have a Super 55 diesel with three point hitch problems. with the arms lowered when i pull the handle back to lift the arms they will not come up, but if i move the manual-draft selector from manual to draft and then back the arms come right up. every time the only way i can get the arms to come back up is by shifting that selector back and forth. anyone had the same problem or any ideas. thanks!
