There probably is some collector value there since its an all fuel tractor.
A 70 gas head WILL NOT bolt to your all fuel block. I'm pretty sure a G head will bolt to your block(you will have to get oil to the rocker arms somehow), and that will put you back to a 1bbl carburetor. So at that point from a compeition standpoint, all you have is a really heavy G. Or you could bolt in a gas block and head, but you lose 1/4" bore and the block is 1.375" shorter, so you would need pushrods from a gas tractor as well.
I would have the head looked at by a professional to see if it can be repaired....it can be a hot commody in the tractor pulling marketplace.
