Had a guy around here cutting a tree branch off of a ladder and the bar somehow got jammed in the cut. Well he pulled on it hard enough to get it free but too hard and it came back cutting open his cheek, 2 inches higher his eye 2 inches lower his neck. After this the branch fell knocking the ladder out from under him where he fell over 10 feet, but fortunately no injuries from this part. You never know.
