Depends on pump. Shallow well pressure switch set at factory 20- on 40 off. Deep well is factory set at 40 on 60 off. Submersible pumps is an animal all together. Tank size also is different for many bladders . How much air required to fill the bladder in the tank is another question. Square -D- makes most pressure switches set and adjustable. Line voltage going to switch, wire size . Some pumps can be operated on 110 vt. and can be switched to 220 for cooler operation. What size wire is being used to power the switch.
