Some you could pull at speeds like that, I have some, but most will be all over the road at 15 MPH. Now to pull them you have to have an SMV sign on the back and with that you are legally only allowed 25 MPH. If you have to travel at faster speeds you have to buy a trailer licence for eash unit before you get there and for that you have to have them weighed on an aproved scale with all proper documentation and from what you say they are 200+ mile away from you so that is probably out of state so no way to get proper documentation for those licence tags as they would have to be your home state. Haul them.
