My 48A belonged to my dad, but he wasn't the original owner. He found it in a shed in Indiana. It hadn't been taken care of and the block had frozen and cracked. He got it running and used it for several years before he died in '89.
My dad was from Gosport, Indiana. He used to hire out to the local farmers and grew up driving the poppin johnnies and finally bought one. He really liked that old tractor.
