I've got an '06 3/4 ton. At about 125k I started getting touble lights off and on. Would take it to the parts store to have them read it and it was emmissions and mass airflow related to convertor. Don't know if you're aware or not, but these Chevy's are notorious for leaky intake manifold gaskets. I think my trouble lights were caused by that. Coolant seeping into combustion chamber, then out exhaust. Coolant would cause misread by 02 sensor. I think it has now caused my convertor(s) to go bad as the light won't go off. Have you been losing any coolant? If so, I found that the 6 pack of brown tablets, (available at most any parts store), worked at sealing my leaky gaskets, just didn't do it soon enough to save the convertor. Took two doses, 12 tabs.
