There's a bunch of things to consider. As mentioned earlier, a filter should be on the suction side, as not to draw dirty oil into the pump, valve and cylinders. Secondly at higher rpms, your pump might be putting out an excessive volume. You might be well advised to put an adjustable flow divider before the loader valve. Experiment on the settings to get the desired loader cycle times. This will divert excess flow to the transmission.
