Just an idea for the rubbing problem that you may see from going wider with the tires on the rear duals, why not fit a spacer between the two rims to spread them apart a bit more. Seems most trucks have ample room under the fenders to stick the outside wheel out just a little further. We have a horsevan with those tires and get 40-50,000 miles out of cheaper tires at the minimum, and that's not really easy on tires.
