I use Lucus in both of the Cadillac 4.9L engines a Ford 4.9L engine and a Ford 5.0 engine. The ford 4.9 engine has the least miles at just under 200,000 and all seem to run quiet and fine on 10W-30 Quaker State and Lucus. I also run Lucas gear oil in the differentials of both trucks and synthetic ATF and Lucas ATF stabilizer in the 5 speed Mazda transmissions and transfer cases in the trucks. I'm holding out to see what becomes available when the new "Repossesions for cash" program starts. This program is the other side of the 'Cash for clunkers' program. Planned start should be pretty soon as many who joined the CFC hysteria are beginning to realize they can't afford to make new Car/Truck payments, mortgage/rent payments and still eat.
