Good reliable baler, we have one here, and a newer Claas belt baler. It can struggle in short dry crops, as the rollers don"t always want to form the bale properly, although i"ve seen someone put truck bed liner on the rollers to give them more grip. They are very simple, and as long as the chain oiler works, the chains shouldn"t give you any trouble, check to make sure the chain and sprockets are in good shape if you"re looking at one, i"ve never had to price either, but they might be expensive, it"s a #80 chain if i remember rightly. The twine knife does need to be razor sharp to work right, otherwise it struggles to cut the twine, ours had been "converted" to hydraulic tying before we bought it, so i have no idea how the electric tie works... "Rod in Ns" is an expert on these balers, helped me a few time with mine...
