Joseph, Stan gave you the main source for these 40in obsolete tires. However, most folks don't want to pay $400 apiece for tires for an old tractor (plus shipping from Ohio, plus mounting etc). Instead, 38in rims are often substituted and current production tires purchased from local tractor tire dealers. I have a set on mine that uses cut off 40in F12 hubs with 38in rims welded in place of the original. Works great and looks fine. Also an option I have seen is to use Farmall H rims. The axle diameter of the H is 2.5in while the F12 is 2.625in, but they can be made to fit.
