We had one go like that a year ago. Just boom. Down. Blood was fine for the big three... but vets told us she had muscle degradation. It just looked like a bad milk fever that never responded to any kind of treatment. Neighbours just had one yesterday too. Vet told them fatty liver.... Dunno how she's doing right now because I haven't talked to them since yesterday at noon... I guess we all get some of them...
