I think you are about right in the $1K to $1.5K range. A good running WD has a hard time bringing over $1k in Iowa. That one looks like it has good tires, sheet metal, and a light duty 3pt. Around here WD45's typically bring $1.5K to $2.5K for a nice one. The only way you're going to get a WD over the 2K mark is with new paint, new rubber, fresh overhaul. I have $3500 in a good running D17 diesel with new rubber and good sheet metal.
