Radiator stopped up or restricted enough to overheat. Had heating problem with tractor, put on new radiator cap, still heated, got some radiator flush and flushed radiator, problem solved. Otherwise on your truck I suspect a warped head from the first blown head gasket and now it's working on another one.
Engine block also could have cooling passeges stopped up.
