TO = Tractor Overseas [ie US build]
TE-20 & TO-20 were the original Ferguson models rated at 20HP. The later T0-35 & FE-35 were 35HP. The US models had Continental gas engines, the British models had Standard Motor Company engines which were either all gas or gas start & vapourising oil. The first British built TE-20 used Continental gas engines.
