I do not want to question the 1800 hours, However the tachs on those tractors tend to fail on the hourmeter part of the display while the Engine hour part of the tachometer will continue to work. My 460 shows about 750 hours and I know it has way more than that. Sorry I cannot help you out though on your oil pressure problem.
