Craftsman SnowBlower C950-52477 8HP Carb Adjust?

My carb will need a kit, but I noticed that
it has an additional regulator screw along with
the idle and main jet screw. The regulator screw sits right beside the idle screw in my
carb illustration. Does anyone know the sequence of adjustment
on these screws and how many turns from closed position is required? My carb is part #632334 in my manual and there
are no adjustment instructions supplied. Thanks!
