After finding this sight when I began shopping for a utility tractor about a year ago and receiving many helpful messages from you all, my family and I were delighted this week to see a huge flatbed roll up to our place this week with our "new" International 300 utility (gas). It has an old (maybe original?) International front end loader, power steering, indep. pto, 3 live hydraulic outlets for loader, hydraulic bucket and Fast-Hitch (w/3 point adapter). Also came with a bushhog and concrete "counterweight" for loader work or traction. I took a chance and bought it on e-Bay because tractors in my area (West Virginia) are about twice the price of similar machines in the midwest or New England. Even with trucking from New Hampshire, it cost far less than what they are asking locally. Of course, it will need a number of components restored, but it seems to start and run very well and everything works as is -- so that's a start. So, I thank all of you who answered my sometimes silly questions as I tried to figure out what would do the work I need to do. Thanks very much! I'll be back for more help I'm sure!
