It's against the law here and can cost you your license. Rightly so....... If I see someone on a phone and can get beside them, I hold mine up like I'm taking their picture then let them get ahead of me so I can snap one of the license plate. Really ruins their day.... Like to do the same to people that pick their nose at stoplights too. One day, I'll get a phone with a camera :roll:
