If you've bled the filter, then bled the small bleeder on the top of the pump body and got good clear fuel at both... and you still can't get fuel at the injectors at full throttle, then the metering valve in the pump is likely stuck. You can likely remove the pump cover and pull the valve and free it, then clean the muck out of the pump. Some guys prefer to do this on the tractor. Personally I prefer to remove the pump from the tractor for all the time it takes. Whatever you do, keep it CLEAN. You might also just send the pump out to a pump shop and have ti gone through...
