Now I agree this program was one of the Black messiahs dumbest yet but I don't buy what you and Rob have said. The top trade in allowance was 4500 and not every vehicle made that. So who was dumb enough to send in Vettes and an AstonMartin for a 4500 trade in allowance. I have seen some older Cadillacs and other decent vehicles but they were older and not worth more than 4500 in the regular car sales markets.
