As for drivetrain stress, liquid in the tires causes very little in that the liquid is "free" within the tire and does not immediately change direction with the wheels when moving in oposite directions as weights do. I've never heard much discussion about this relating to farm tractors, but excessive wheel weights can become an issue with garden tractors due to some of their relatively "light" drivetrains.
