First suggestion: If you are wondering about anything, go to the Google Search Engine and type in the thing about which you seek information. I typed in "needle scaler" and found this site. I know nothing about Bob's Tools. There is a picture and description. Needle scalers vary tremendously in price. Shop around. Hope the link posts OK.
