It's not a Yanmar and never was. Ford/NH compacts always were and remain Shibura (ISM) creations. If you can get an OEM kit from NH for 900 you best grab it before they figure out their mistake or decide to not take pity on you any longer. The general approach with those things is to scrap them because a new engine is generally more economical than a rebuild... and neither are cheap.
