If it's 4WD, the 1520 should do what the 9N could. The extra traction will easily make up for slighlty less power. Given the same choice, I would go for the 1520 if its 4WD. If the 1520 is 2WD, the choice isn't very clear. I would be concerned about the snow pushing capability of a 2WD 1520.
