Sorry: but you are wrong about not being able to pull a 5th wheel with a cres cab. a short bed crew cab has an issue with the 5th wheel granted but a rolling 5th wheel solves the problem of cab contact with trailer front on turns.Crew cabs with long beds present no problems as my crew cab long bed has been in many states and two other countrys pulling our Jayco RK 3430 5th wheel.I don't know why the 6 speed is not available for your truck,seems if it was available for one model why not the rest of them?
