Cross bars can be had at most Car, Truck and Tractor supply stores. Bond Auto (sotra like NAPA, Pep Boys, etc.) has them in the Northeast for $4 a piece and they are the heavy duty double ring type that stay on top of the tread and won't eat your tires.
