Enough opinions in "my still need" help post pointed to electrical that i stipped the tractor of wires and am starting from scatch.Following advice from anouther post i am trying to follow a scematic from this site called"ford n 12volt wiring diagram "by brian beck.here are my questions:my starter does'nt have a solinoid,do i simply connect the 10 ga wire from the ammeter to the starter contact instead?Found a 50 v,3 amp diode at radio shack,will it work in place of the 50 v,1 amp called for?
