Also,besides what the others said,when you are rebuilding it,look at the shaft that holds the butterfly in.If its wore out around the butterfly shaft it will not run right.Most of the time those old carburetors get plugged up with varnish in the passages and its hard to get them cleaned out,even with compressed air and a small wire.
