I got it loose. It was on a Hough HA payloader smallest one made I think. I wanted to know which gear to pull it in. Many opinions but it let go in the highest one. Low gear just dragged the wheels. I did it by wrapping a chain around both wheels so pulling up would turn them backwards (rolling hitch). I then pulled up and pushed with my loader tractor. After the fourth try I gave up and cranked the starter to free the chains and it was loose.
