I finally thought of something. It wouldn't work for me cause I have dirt floor in my barn but my work bench is about 2' off the ground and the random tools and spare parts that don't get used much end up under it. If some one had the room and a concrete floor could build plywood boxes on them to store the random stuff that don't get used much, could pull them out from under the bench to find what you need rather than diging around in the pile.
