Handy, that is for sure. It my old job we made similar dollies for moving things around on concrete or pavement. Ours had a frame around the bottom so they could hold oak 2x6s for level with the top and we added swivel casters. If you put a pallet jack on the front and a dolly on the back you could move about anything.
